The essence of Awesomeness

To air is human. To air guitar, divine.

Last night I attended the US Air Guitar Championships with Sander, Kim and Carol. The tournament featured 12 regional champs from around the country. 4th place: Mcnallica. 3rd places (tie): Hot Lixx Hulahan (last year's champ) and Big Rig. Second place: The Rockness Fucking Monster from LA. This year's champion: William Ocean, who heard his final scores with blood dripping down his nose. Now that's awesome. See all 18 pics on flickr.
