You say new version, I say Patch

There’s an ad in the current Newsweek byAVG showing a cracked egg with a band-aid covering it under the headline “Say No to Patches” (or something like that). They go on to explain that at AVG you get an entirely new version of the software every so often, instead of patches.

Who cares? Call it a patch, call it an update, call it a new version. As long as your virus protection software is up to date with the latest virus definitions, you’re fine. Sheesh.
